The Scrub Club

This was my first time using Gut Scrub. I have since learned a lot about the health of our guts. I am very thankful. I used the 30-day scrub. This was my first time actively trying to cleanse my gut of possible parasites and worms. The process was made very simple, and I utilized calcium bentonite clay as a binder as well during my cleanse. I had no problems having a normal bowel movement everyday during my cleanse. I had no side-effects or "drop-off" symptoms either. I am a 29 year old active male, for context. While at the end of the cleanse, I did not see any drastic critters in the toilet compared to some other scrubbers' reviews--I did notice some possible "egg-looking" things, that sort of try and cling on the toilet, despite flushing? I could be completely wrong, but I did not notice them before using Gut Scrub. I still had a normal bowel movement, despite not following the suggested 3L of water daily. I did not do this, because I did not want to drink too much water as to dilute my system, draining my body of nutrients and leading to dehydration and dead cells. Instead, I focused on eating properly, and ate lots of fruits throughout the day to maintain my minerals and hydration. But I look forward to utilizing Gut Scrub to try and cleanse my gut more often.

Great product but why am I finding this kind of capsules?

If you travel to other countries you know its normal for people to deworm a few times a year to stop from getting sick. This stuf is great because its natural and more gentle than antiparasite drugs ive taken. It would be great if you offered a binder so that I don�t have to order separately.

gut scrub (mimosa) is amazing!! Will be doing this regularly from now on.
