The best Gut Cleansing!!! I use Gut Scrub since 5 weeks and I´m so happy with the results I see - it is very effective! I did not know that I had so many and different parasites until I used this Gut Scrub. I´m so glad that from day to day my gut gets cleaner and cleaner and my gut feeeling becomes calmer and healthier. I did not have the mover, so I used fermented plums or magnesium citrat to get things moving. Love it and recommend it to everybody who wants to clean from the inside :)

Two tips that helped me. Drink lots of water and use some oregano oil in conjuction with gut scrub. You'll clear a bunch of crap pretty quickly. Only took me 3 days.

Can confirm this will clear nasty stuff from your gut. Be patient I had to do the longer scrub to see results and battled some constipation at the beginning. I am now 2 months in and the results are significant, eczema on my arms has cleared completely. Still dealing with some dry skin but hopeful that will resolve.

I recommend anyone doing this make sure they're already going to the bathroom at least once a day and also drink your weight in water. If you weigh 130lbs drink 130 oz of water every day. Its super important to stay hydrated if you want to keep clearing parasites.

I had to take a fairly large dose to see results. I did 6 in the morning on an empty stomach and 6 at night for a week straight... Needless to say I'm a believer haha

Guys... all I can say is this stuff works but you need patience.. At first things weren't "moving" like they should so I had to lower the dose and drink a ton of water, but then after the first week things started to rly improve. After that it's all about staying consistent with hydration, staying active and remembering to take your dose. After the first month my digestion has never been better, twice a day like clockwork and my after meal bloating is nearly gone!! Not health advice but I did 10 caps in the morning & 10 caps at night on a 72 hour water fast and cleared so much weird stuff. Not sure if its was just the fasting but my stomach feels empty like never before.
