The 90 Day Scrub

Used the 90 day scrub and I'm feeling SO much better, I feel fully cleaned out and lighter. My mood and energy is at another level. Will do this once a year for sure.

Two tips that helped me. Drink lots of water and use some oregano oil in conjuction with gut scrub. You'll clear a bunch of crap pretty quickly. Only took me 3 days.

Better sleep. I want to take a binder to speed the gut healing detox which one do I take

Im a parasite believer. I have 2 dogs and have never thought that they could pass me parasites. My skin and sleep has been terrible for as long as I can remember. Im doing 4 capsules in the morning and 6 at night. Is there a recommended limit to take per day?

It only lasted 3 weeks so now am doing the 3 month supply. My psoriasis on elbows start to clear so hoping after this round its gone.
