The 90 Day Scrub

Follow the full moon protocol for some amazing but slightly disturbing results. I was very sceptical at first. I'm new to the wellness world but I could actually feel the parasites moving after my doses. Then of course I saw things I never thought I would see in the toilet I know it sounds disgusting, and it is! But you feel like a new person after purging whatever it is we get infected with. It wasn't the most comfortable experience so if you can block off time to do it and be home when you increase the dosage that's ideal. I will be doing another one around the Oct 28th moon cycle to see if I have similar results or if everything is already cleared out.

High quality mimosa pudica. Have used 2 other brands this works the best plus you get more mimosa per bottle.

Two tips that helped me. Drink lots of water and use some oregano oil in conjuction with gut scrub. You'll clear a bunch of crap pretty quickly. Only took me 3 days.

Sleep is much better and I feel less anxious overall. I want to take a binder to speed the gut healing detox which one do I take

Im a converted parasite believer. I have 2 dogs and have never thought that they could pass me parasites. My skin and sleep has been terrible for as long as I can remember. I'm about 17 days into my scrub cleanse and have had my skin clear up considerably. Its not perfect by any means but its the best its been in years which ill take! excited to see the results after the full 90 days.

So far no significant results but ive only been taking the scrub for a week and have been inconsistent on my dose. When can I expect to see skin improvements? I have psioriasis.

Can confirm this will clear nasty stuff from your gut. Be patient I had to do the longer scrub to see results and battled some constipation at the beginning. I am now 2 months in and the results are significant, eczema on my arms has cleared completely. Still dealing with some dry skin but hopeful that will resolve.

Wasn't sure if this was working and honestly felt a bit constipated the first week but then after about 2 weeks I passed something and instantly felt so good. I recommend drinking as much water as you can and eating as clean as you can. When I added some raw garlic into my diet I really started to get things moving and thats when I passed whatever it is I passed. My stomach feels empty even after a meal. Fingers crossed my future is bloat free.

Energy is up and feeling more calm throughout the day. Been taking it pretty consistently for a month and a half. Im doing 4 capsules in the morning and 6 at night. Is there a recommended limit to take per day?

Ordered the 1 month supply and have been sleeping so much better. It only lasted 3 weeks so now am doing the 3 month supply. Have noticed a little bit of my psoriasis on elbows start to clear so hoping after this round its completely gone.

Gut scrub has been a gamechanger for my anxiety. Albeit it took a month or so to really know a difference but I can condidently say 2 months in this has made my feel way less anxious and calm. Not sure what the mechanism is and I hope its not placebo but so far im really happy it.

I recommend anyone doing this make sure they're already going to the bathroom at least once a day and also drink your weight in water. If you weigh 130lbs drink 130 oz of water every day. Its super important to stay hydrated if you want to keep clearing parasites.

Been fasting while scrubbing, I find its more effective and its easier to tell whats coming out of me haha There is an empty feeling when you clear a bunch of stuff that shouldn't be in there. Will be ordering more.

I had to take a fairly large dose to see results. I did 6 in the morning on an empty stomach and 6 at night for a week straight... Needless to say I'm a believer haha

Guys... all I can say is this stuff works but you need patience.. At first things weren't "moving" like they should so I had to lower the dose and drink a ton of water, but then after the first week things started to rly improve. After that it's all about staying consistent with hydration, staying active and remembering to take your dose. After the first month my digestion has never been better, twice a day like clockwork and my after meal bloating is nearly gone!! Got rid of the parasites (saw them in toilet) and didn't experience any ill side affects.

Quality seems good. Works better than the doublewood brand on amazon. Biggest thing im noticing is feeling lighter in stomach area.
