Two tips that helped me. Drink lots of water and use some oregano oil in conjuction with gut scrub. You'll clear a bunch of crap pretty quickly. Only took me 3 days.

Im doing 4 capsules in the morning and 6 at night. Is there a recommended limit to take per day?

It only lasted 3 weeks so now am doing the 3 month supply. My psoriasis on elbows start to clear so hoping after this round its gone.
